Sorted by: Most recentCouldn't get anyone to help me - really disappointed. I emailed them with questions about sizing on a belt since their website doesn't spell out the details. No reply, so I ordered what I usually wear and it didn't fit. The return looked straightforward and they did send an automated confirmation saying someone would check it within 5 business days. Well, it's now been 8 days and I've sent two more emails with zero response. Their phone line is just a robot telling you to send an email anyway. I'll give them one star for the automated receipt confirmation, but honestly zero for how they handle customers. The actual belt itself is really nice quality and the design is pretty, just costs way more than it should. But you definitely need to improve your website - tell people whether your belt measurements go end to end, to the middle hole, or to the last hole (for this one it's end to end). Wish I had known that before ordering. The items themselves are solid, just wish the customer support was actually there when you need it.
