UPDATE: The president reached out in April to apologize and committed to fixing their customer service issues. He made sure I received my order and even threw in a sample product. I'm glad they took it seriously. To be honest, I had a rough experience earlier in the year when my January order never showed up and I couldn't get anyone to respond. But they made it right and I've always appreciated the quality of their products.
