I used to shop with them all the time, but that's over. Had a deal for a museum near where I live that had expired. When I looked it up online, found out the place permanently shut down. Called to ask for my money back and got treated terribly by the rep who told me she couldn't help. Asked for a manager and got the same runaround. They basically said there was nothing different a manager would tell me. I'm shocked by how awful their customer service is and won't be buying from them ever again.
