The material feels absolutely amazing and soft. Problem is they run way too big and don't fit the way I wanted them to look. I asked for a return label and they're saying I used a gift certificate for a $705 purchase. They're insisting on just giving me another gift certificate instead. That's not helpful. I've been going back and forth in emails that take two days to answer and trying to reach them on Instagram. Won't be ordering from them again.

I'd give this zero stars if I could. My order never showed up, and it's been a week past when it was supposed to arrive. They haven't responded to any of my messages. I spent over $200, got nothing in return, no items and no refund. Their customer service is basically nonexistent. Don't order from them. If something goes wrong with your package, you won't be able to reach anyone.

Bought this as a gift so I haven't used it yet but it looks really well made! The whole ordering experience was great. I especially got a kick out of the shipping confirmation email they sent.

I was already annoyed with Lunya before my package even arrived. I had to reach out to them to find out when it would ship and ended up calling the shipping company several times because I needed to be home for delivery. I was really excited about my pocket leggings since I don't usually spend that much. Once I got them though, they're super unflattering. The way they're cut creates weird pleating in the crotch area that makes you look strange. The pockets create an ugly seam line across your stomach. The fabric quality isn't great either. After wearing them once they started pilling between the thighs. By the third wear, the stitching was coming loose at the waist and ankle. Don't bother.
