What Shoppers Say About Luxx Curves
Luxx Curves has a critically low rating of 1.3 out of 5 from 18 shoppers, with 89 percent of reviews giving one star. The overwhelming majority of complaints center on severe customer service failures: shoppers report unanswered emails, voicemails, and non-functional chat systems that persist for weeks. Delivery issues are also common, with customers experiencing long delays (including failed rush delivery promises) that caused them to miss time-sensitive events. Product quality concerns include material that shoppers describe as thin and non-functional for its intended purpose.
The store has minimal positive feedback, with only a small fraction of reviews offering five-star ratings. No recurring praise emerges from the available reviews. Given the pervasive issues with communication, fulfillment, returns processing, and product quality, shoppers overwhelmingly advise avoiding this retailer.

Would give zero stars if I could. They shipped the wrong size so I paid to send it back for the correct one. Three weeks later and they won't respond or send my replacement. Incredibly annoying and I'm never ordering from here again. I think they're deliberately deceiving customers.
Zero stars if I could. It's crazy they charged me to swap sizes. Who does that anymore? Paying to return something makes sense, but exchanging shouldn't cost anything. Plus you only get store credit, not an actual refund. I don't want anything else from them. WORST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE. Go elsewhere.
Would rate zero if possible. I accidentally got the wrong size. When trying it on, I wore a shirt underneath to keep it clean like they requested. Turns out the large was still too big for me. The tag was untouched but they still denied my return. The photo they sent showing damage didn't make sense. I think they found a damaged one and used that as justification. Picture showed brown stains inside that I couldn't even zoom in on clearly. Definitely a scam.
The steel wires popped out after a month of wearing it, and I ended up with serious bruising and wounds on my abdomen.
I grabbed two different sizes for about nineteen dollars which was smart since the medium was ridiculously tight, couldn't even pull it up my leg. When I finally tried it, it did nothing for my shape. I'm slim with a decent figure but this thing didn't enhance anything. The marketing on their Instagram was really misleading, and the photos made it look totally different. Expected compression and a lift but got neither.
I placed an order on a Sunday and got confirmation the same day. Three days went by and I reached out asking about tracking info and where things stood. Never heard back from them. A dispute is coming if I don't get answers soon.
Got the XS but it was way too tight. Smart move buying the extenders because now I can use the last hook on the XS. My hip did get bruised from how snug it was, but that faded quickly so no big deal. Ordered the XXS on Monday and it's supposed to be here tomorrow. Shipping speed is incredible and I'm really impressed.
