Just like the other reviews say, I made the mistake of thinking I was supporting a Canadian jewelry designer, but really I just bought cheap dollar store level stuff from China. The gemstones are just painted on, some of the rings don't even match the pictures on their site, and the gold plating looks like it came from those cheap toy capsule machines. Be careful with this company. Their website doesn't even work anymore, so good luck trying to do any returns within their thirty day window. It's disappointing that this kind of thing flies.

I thought I was buying from a company in North America that was having a closing sale. I ordered gold-toned chandelier earrings with colorful gems, but what arrived were silver-toned earrings with small plastic beads in a totally different dream catcher style. This is NOTHING like what I thought I was getting. They're counting on people just keeping the wrong item so they don't have to deal with returns. I'm keeping them and will wear them, but it's frustrating. They're definitely not made by some jewelry designer in North America clearing out inventory, that's for sure. The shipping was fast and came straight from China, which tells you everything. I'm glad I didn't order more. Save yourself the trouble and don't waste your time with them.

I've noticed the same pieces showing up on social media under completely different brand names, which raised a major red flag for me. There are some designs I really like and I remember clearly, but then I see those exact same pieces being sold under other brand names. Be cautious about this. If you see something you like, wait before buying because they'll likely target you repeatedly with ads. It's strange how this happens with how often it shows up.

The delivery took way longer than expected, and I found out they're actually manufactured in China despite what the listing suggested. Never got a heads up about when it would arrive either. On top of that, the actual product quality is really disappointing and cheap-feeling. The pieces are incredibly tiny, almost like they're meant for a toy, so they don't even fit properly. I'm hoping to get my money back because I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

Absolute garbage claiming to be made in Canada with real silver, but it shipped from China and looks like something you'd find at a dollar store. This was supposedly Mary's gems closing down after two decades in business, so I felt bad and spent a hundred dollars. I'm so angry I got fooled by that story.

False claims, cheap products, and the worst customer service experience. I ordered two items on May 26th and 28th with a promised delivery of three to six business days. When I reached out on June 3rd because nothing had shipped, they said it was because everything is made to order. That's ridiculous, these are just basic hoop earrings with nothing custom about them. Suddenly the next day after I called them out, they shipped. I received them on June 10th, which meant I missed both of my relatives' birthdays. All they did was make excuses and try to blame the delivery service. Total waste of time.

I ordered on December 7th because I wanted a Christmas present. After trying many times to check on my order status, I finally heard back that I wouldn't get it until December 30th. I told them to forget it and cancel. Their response was that if it had already been stamped, they couldn't cancel it. What kind of excuse is that? This company has terrible service. Don't buy from them.

The hoop earrings I bought snapped and bent after just fourteen days of wearing them. I've been going back and forth with them through email about it but nothing's being resolved. Both their products and customer service are really poor quality.
