This is throwing money away. They want 100 credits just to animate a single image, and they're only animating the image itself rather than generating a complete video at once. The end result doesn't even match what I was looking for.

They billed me for a whole year without asking, wouldn't refund, and now the service doesn't even work. This company flat out scammed me. I definitely chose a month to month option, but they went ahead and charged my card for twelve months instantly without permission. I've sent multiple emails asking them to either refund the money or let me cancel, and nobody ever writes back. There's no real customer service, no refund process, and no cancel button anywhere in the account settings. On top of everything else, the platform barely functions properly. It crashes randomly, eats up my credits without producing any videos, and keeps asking me to buy more even though I already paid for a full year upfront. They don't tell you any of this before taking your money. It's designed to trap you. I've tried lots of different AI platforms and this has been my worst experience by far in terms of how sneaky and unhelpful they are. Stay away from this one.

Just received my monthly credits but ran into a huge problem. I was about to make more story videos like I did last month, and I had almost 10 characters saved in my library from previous projects. When I started generating a new video and picked characters in the casting stage, only 3 showed up instead of all my saved ones. I tried it over and over, switching accounts and using incognito mode, but kept losing credits with nothing to show for it. I even tried making characters directly in the casting phase and they'd appear, but the second I hit apply, they'd vanish and wouldn't show in my library. I kept trying different things and wasted more credits each time. I deleted and regenerated everything but it still wouldn't display during casting. Eventually I just gave up, cleared my cache and tried again the next day hoping that would fix it.
