Can't say enough good things about our experience here. Before we even ordered, they answered every question we had. Then they kept us updated every single step of the way. Our order showed up quick, and those two big area rugs we got are absolutely beautiful. The colors look just like the pictures and descriptions, and you can tell they're made to last. Would definitely shop here again and tell others to do the same.

Got my coffee table in and it looks great. The team at Mark & Day really came through when there were shipping delays, working hard to make things right. My only complaint is that the app wasn't giving me accurate info about when my stuff would arrive, which was annoying. That said, I'm thrilled with how well-made the table is, and the delivery crew was super friendly when they dropped it off.
