The products themselves are really good. But the shipping is incredibly slow. I ordered around the 10th and it's now the 19th and nothing has shipped yet. It's just one container of cream. They say they need to make it before they can send it out. It still hasn't even shipped.
I've been doing massage therapy for about 30 years and have worked with tons of different suppliers and owned several massage tables. In my experience, this warehouse is the most dependable company out there. Their products are tough and really well made. They're fast with follow-up service and always helpful. Can't say enough good things about them. Been a customer for a few years now and just ordered recently. They consistently have good deals too.
I placed an order for an Oakworks massage table on January 5th. The manufacturer usually needs about 3 weeks for delivery, so the original estimate was January 31st. When that date passed I called. They gave me three different ship dates and none of them worked out. I finally called Oakworks myself to figure out what was going on since the warehouse kept blaming the manufacturer. Turns out the table didn't ship until I demanded the correct order details so I could deal with the manufacturer myself. My advice is to skip this place and buy straight from Oakworks.
Be really careful about what color you pick if you're getting sheets from them. My sheets came in looking much more yellow than the natural color I selected. I thought maybe it was just lighting at first, but even after washing them in the laundry they're definitely yellow and they clash with everything. The company won't let me return them and I'm stuck with 7 sets. Really disappointing. Also massage table sheets are pretty small to begin with, so getting regular size twin sheets would be better if you're working with bigger clients.
Every single time I order something listed as in stock, I get an email saying it's actually backordered. The delivery gets pushed back or the order gets cancelled. It's really annoying and this will be my last purchase with them. Does anyone have other suppliers they'd recommend?
This experience was unacceptable. I needed to buy a replacement pedal for my electric massage table that I'd purchased from them before, but the price had tripled in about a year and a half. They told me it was an Oakworks product and suggested I call the manufacturer directly. Oakworks wouldn't budge on pricing and had expensive shipping. I had to buy it from here and they agreed to give me a one-time 20% discount. After 10 business days with no shipping update, I called and found out that the manufacturer had requested a serial number the day after my order but nobody passed that information along so nothing had been shipped. A manager apologized, called Oakworks, said my order was released, and promised overnight shipping on 1/8/24. I got a ship confirmation on 1/9/24 saying it wasn't overnight. Thirteen business days went by with no shipment and my table has been unusable. Left a message for that manager on 1/10/24 and I'm still waiting for her to call back.
Ordered a table heater and wasn't happy with how the auto shut-off was preset, so I decided to return it. The heater cost more than similar ones available on other sites, plus they charged me shipping when I bought it. When I sent it back within 30 days, I had to pay shipping again. For a $60 item I ended up paying $30 in shipping fees, and they didn't even refund the tax. Not worth it and I won't be buying from them anymore.

Happy with my order and the company's support team. The chat feature works better for me than calling their customer service line. One thing that slows things down is shipping time - sometimes it takes close to a week before your order actually goes out. Also, the order tracking on their site isn't always current. My product arrived but the website was still showing it as being processed.
