That never happened. I ended up having to pay shipping both ways to return something they couldn't intercept. Been a loyal customer since the beginning but they don't seem to care about keeping my business. Management seems indifferent about whether I shop there or not. Unfortunately this isn't my first issue with them.
I understand there are shipping and staffing issues going on, but my last ordering experience was so frustrating I won't be shopping there again. Placed an order 15 days ago and reached out multiple times over the past week asking when it would ship. Got no answers. When I call, I'm stuck on hold and after 20 minutes I give up. Sent several emails to two different addresses trying to figure out what's happening. Two emails were actually asking to cancel since I had to find another vendor because I couldn't wait around forever. I need this product for my business so even just an update would have helped me plan. This morning I finally got a shipping notice. On top of everything, they keep spamming me with emails even though I've unsubscribed multiple times. Won't be using this vendor again.
Ordered four brown sugar scrubs and one arrived damaged with liquid leaking throughout the packaging. The container was mostly empty when it got here. I sent their customer service team emails with photos but haven't received any response. Don't really expect to hear back at this point. Only order from them if you find significantly better pricing elsewhere. The way they package things for shipping is really concerning.
Had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered two items that work together but the prices were way too high. To make matters worse, they only told me after half my shipment went out that the other half was backordered. When I tried to send back the bottles that arrived, I had to cover the return shipping costs myself. I'm done with them for good. There are plenty of other options that don't cost as much.

Their return process is way too complicated and honestly feels like a scam. You have to call to get authorization and for some items they need to contact the manufacturer to approve the return. I ordered covers for bolsters I bought from them but the ones I got were the wrong size. The person on the phone said he'd call me back but nobody did. Called two more times and got the same runaround. Tried emailing and got nothing. The part of my order I was actually approved to return I'm still waiting on the refund for and it's been three weeks.
