I placed an order for a 3M stethoscope to give to a physician friend abroad who was having a wedding, but then I decided to cancel it because the delivery timing didn't work with my travel plans. Unfortunately, my cancellation didn't go through properly and the package showed up the day I left for my trip. Medisave actually offered the best pricing around and threw in a carrying case, which competitors didn't do. I contacted them to explain my situation and they were totally fine with accepting the return without any red tape. I had also ordered the same stethoscope from Amazon through another seller for more money and minus the case, so I was comparing options. Medisave processed my refund back to my credit card really fast, which I was grateful for. The team was genuinely nice and understanding about everything. Looking back, if I hadn't been in such a rush, I definitely would have gone with Medisave from the start.

My new Littmann Core Digital Stethoscope is a huge step up from my old Littmann 3200. The sound quality is so much sharper and I can hear everything louder, plus it does a really good job blocking out background noise. I checked around at several other sites and this place had the lowest price available, and my package arrived right on time.
