I've never experienced such terrible support from a company. When I phoned in to cancel an order I never placed, the representative refused to process a refund and wouldn't budge on it. The way I was treated was completely unprofessional and dismissive. I even asked if a supervisor could help, but got told none were around. Honestly, their attitude has completely turned me off from even using the products I already bought. There are definitely better options out there for whole food based supplements. Really disappointed with how this company operates.
