My order ended up split in two. Half came from one location and the other half is still in transit from another state, already over a week now. When I asked customer service if they could've let me know this would happen ahead of time, they never answered back.

The actual products are fantastic but the company's shipping is a nightmare. I take THC on medical advice for anxiety, chronic pain, and sleep issues, but I keep getting promises that my order will arrive today that never happen. Finally I had to call my bank and reverse the charge because nothing ever showed up. I was told today again it would definitely be here, and surprise, it wasn't. The products work great but they're useless if they never make it to my door. I've been a loyal customer for years but that's done now. I will not be buying from them again.

The Euphoria live resin blend disposable is garbage. Mine stopped working after just 3 days and I bought it straight from them. Pretty disappointing for a company like this.
