When I needed something delivered the next day and it accidentally got a ground shipping label, she immediately called the warehouse to confirm it hadn't shipped yet. She fixed the shipping right away and I got my item in time. Fantastic work!
The actual products are fantastic, but the customer service is absolutely awful. I've used them three years in a row for our annual company retreat. While the merchandise itself has always been solid, this year's experience was terrible because the assigned account manager won't return calls or emails.
They don't seem interested in getting orders. I requested a mock-up before committing to anything. They said they'd get it back to me in 24 to 48 hours. A week later, no response. I opened a chat and they said the person handling it was out. I asked if someone else could take over. When that rep came back, he didn't address the mock-up at all, just asked how many hats I wanted. Two weeks after that, still nothing. Today I chatted with another rep who said it needed to go to a manager, but everyone was at lunch and would get back to me. I'm still waiting for a mock-up of a hat with a company name and logo on it.
Terrible communication throughout. I placed an order for my Physician Assistant class and it was rough from start to finish due to poor communication, shady fees that changed, and low quality products. The 'Patagonia' quarter-zip fleece was the cheapest material imaginable with their logo slapped on it, and it didn't even have pockets.
This company is basically unavailable. Nobody picks up the phone, nobody responds to emails, and voicemails go ignored. Don't buy anything from them online.
Don't bother with this company! I ordered sample shirts and waited almost three months for delivery. During that time, customer support said they weren't sure where my order was but assured me it would arrive soon. The website promised samples would ship within 5-7 business days, but mine took 2.5 months! When I finally tried to place a full order, I was told the style had been discontinued and was no longer available. This wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website or during checkout for the samples. Their customer service was absolutely unhelpful and didn't seem to care about the massive delay or the fact they were selling samples of discontinued products.
This business is a disaster. It seems like each person you work with has no memory of previous conversations and you have to start from scratch with every new message. They have very little stock available and it took over two and a half weeks just to get someone from sales to respond about a repeat order. It was an absolute nightmare.
I'd give them zero stars if I could. I spent $4,000 on merchandise and the website said delivery would be 6 weeks out. Then they hit me with an extra $1,000 charge for stitching work. Now 12 weeks have gone by and they don't even have the items in stock, let alone begun working on my order. Their support team is terrible. Just avoid them completely.
I bought a sample jacket for $172 to test before ordering more. Here's what went wrong: I got an order confirmation, but three weeks passed with no shipping notification. When I asked what was going on, nobody got back to me. I tried again and still got nothing. Yesterday I finally received the jacket, and honestly it's great quality in the right size and style. But Merchology really needs to improve how they talk to customers. I felt completely ignored the whole time.
