On their site, they say you need a Return Authorization Number to send anything back, and supposedly you get that by contacting customer support. I reached out via email four separate times over the course of a month using the returns address listed on their website because I wanted to return something that didn't meet the quality standards I was expecting. Never heard back once. There's supposedly a 30-day window after you receive your order to start the return process, so just keep in mind that if customer service won't respond to you, you're basically stuck with whatever you ordered even if it's not up to par.
