If they can't even get something simple like the battery right before shipping, how can you trust anything else about the watch? When I reached out to their support team, they basically told me I had two options: pay out of pocket to replace the battery myself, or ship it back at my expense with a 6+ week wait before getting it back. Absolutely unacceptable service. Don't make my mistake!
