My order arrived completely ruined. Most items were broken or came empty. I reached out with my complaint but received zero help or follow-up from customer service.

This brand keeps sponsoring content creators with questionable backgrounds. Does that mean we should assume the company stands behind those same values?

I'm really impressed with this makeup line. The color selection is fantastic and I especially love how hydrating all the products feel. It's definitely not throwing money away - everything performs exactly like it should. The lip shades in particular are gorgeous and blend beautifully. Totally worth the investment.

I got the sculpt stick in toasted and after a couple uses the mechanism jammed. No matter which direction I twisted it, I couldn't get it to work right. I pulled off the bottom with tweezers to see if I could fix it myself and tried every possible angle. After sending an email about the issue, they asked for a picture of the bottom code, but I'd already removed that part while troubleshooting. I let them know what happened and then just heard nothing back for months. I guess I could use a brush to apply it, but I specifically bought this stick to avoid having to mess with brushes. For the price you're paying, this product is pretty disappointing and not user friendly at all.

Got the Rise mascara and it was practically empty right out of the box. I could actually see the bottom when I shined a light through it. Figured maybe it was opened, so I grabbed another one. Nope, this one was just as empty and still sealed. It has barely any more product than my old mascara that I've been using for months. Staff doesn't really believe me when I explain it arrived this way since these aren't cheap. Feels like throwing money away when you're paying full price for basically nothing. Just skip shopping here unless you enjoy paying for empty bottles.

After thinking long and hard about the price tag, I finally picked up the matte bronzer stick. I was pretty upset when it turned into a melted mess in the heat outside. Now the texture is grainy and won't blend properly on my skin. I'm skeptical about ordering from this brand again, especially since I can't recommend using their products if you live anywhere warm or during hot months.

This whole situation is frustrating. It seems like companies that don't care just ignore the problem. For brands making cosmetics, this lack of transparency is unacceptable, especially when serious allergies are involved. Anaphylaxis needs to be treated with real caution. If there's any chance a product touched something with allergens or shared equipment without proper testing, it should have clear labeling. Nobody should have to do extensive research just to make sure a loved one stays safe wearing makeup or other products. It's wrong that manufacturers can get away with being unhelpful about these life-threatening risks. Better brands out there track thousands of products and share that information freely so everyone can feel secure. The customer service here fell short completely.

These products are seriously top notch! The quality really does justify what you're paying for them.

The customer service experience was terrible. I purchased something here in the US, but it got damaged during my trip back to the UK. The company told me I needed to mail it back to Los Angeles for repairs. That makes zero sense when I'm in another country! They wouldn't even send a replacement. Apparently they don't do international shipments from the States.
