Save your money and look elsewhere. I've put a lot of cash into their product line over time but never saw any real changes. After months of trying, I finally gave up. This feels like a way to take advantage of people who are hopeful and willing to spend their hard-earned money on something that simply doesn't work.

Had to sit on hold with their customer service team for over half an hour. That's just not acceptable.

I used to be able to buy a full 30 day supply of revitalize, pure biocell, probiotic, phytogold and digestive enzymes for basically the same amount they're charging for their new 5 day drop. Now these products are constantly showing as unavailable and the only option is buying that 5 day package. I've been a steady customer for a while and should have the choice to purchase my regular 30 day supply at a fair price like I always could before. It feels like somebody's trying to squeeze more money out of loyal customers, and honestly, it's not right. Things need to change or you'll lose me as a buyer.

The packaging definitely has room for improvement, and some items in the body care and cleaning collections have unnecessary fragrance, but the patented Liquid BioCell line is genuinely impressive. My husband and I have been using their liquid BioCell collagen and hyaluronic acid blend for several months now, and we're seeing real improvements in skin appearance, joint feel, nail quality, and hair texture. I've even experienced a dramatic drop in my hot flashes, almost down to nothing. My dentist even noted better gum health at my last visit. These products are fantastic! The company carries some of the best liquid collagen available, and their customer service is outstanding. Whenever I've had packaging concerns, they've quickly replaced items and taken care of everything.

The plastic wrapper comes right off without any trouble, and there's no safety seal protecting the bottle inside. When I contacted Modere, they actually advised me not to use the collagen since the packaging wasn't secure enough. They did send me a replacement, but the new one had the same problem - this time the label slid off and the unsecured bottle fell and made a complete mess. For what this product costs, you'd expect the packaging to actually keep things safe and intact. Modere has since stopped responding to my concerns and won't do anything to fix this. Really disappointed.

Started out just ordering as a regular customer, but the products won me over so much that I began recommending them to friends and family.
