Great support from their team! Although I had to wait for the product to be back in stock (which they were transparent about), I had an amazing interaction with their customer service. I ordered a portable charger that didn't meet my needs. Their support team got back to me really quickly and genuinely tried to help solve the problem. They even looked at clips I sent them. While they couldn't fix the issue, they came up with a solution that really put the customer first.

Cool concepts but lousy execution. I bought their recently released Snap Laptop Phone Holder to go with my laptop, but it just doesn't work properly.
