Got really disappointed when my plants arrived in terrible shape. Most of them were basically dead on arrival, and one didn't make it at all. When I reached out asking about getting a refund and sending them back, customer service basically told me to just plant them anyway and then contact them in 6 weeks if nothing happens. That makes zero sense to me - why would I waste time planting vegetation that's already gone bad? Their promise says you're supposed to get complete satisfaction, but that's definitely not what I experienced. The plants themselves were also pretty tiny considering what I paid for them. I'm not going to order from this place again.

I used to shop at their physical location and decided to try ordering online. Placed an order in mid-February but they had a system issue and cancelled it. I placed another order a couple days later, and they cancelled that one too before I could even respond to an email they supposedly sent. They claimed my name was different, but it was identical to what I used before - totally false. Apparently reading comprehension isn't their strong suit. On top of cancelling my orders, they harassed me by phone even though I made it clear I don't give out my number. They practically force you to provide one during checkout which is wrong. I have a disability that makes phone calls extremely difficult for me, and instead of being understanding or offering alternatives, they used that against me. They basically refused to serve me because of my disability and cancelled my orders as a result. Other businesses manage to process orders just fine without all this drama. They're straight up making up excuses and lying to avoid doing their job. Why would any customer want to deal with that kind of treatment? On top of their terrible service, their stuff is overpriced for the quality you get. I'm not coming back to this business.
