I've been trying to swap my purchase for a month now because it doesn't fit right, and customer service still hasn't reached out. This is by far the worst shopping experience I've had anywhere. Seriously, don't order from them.
Their customer service team is incredibly rude, not helpful, unprofessional, and basically useless. I placed an order and it didn't show up for two weeks, then when it finally arrived, it was the wrong size! Beyond annoying! I asked them to send me a return label, but nope, they told me to hold up and wait. So here I am, still waiting for them to actually give me the label so I can send these items back.
Purchased a Moschino bag from a well-known UK department store and was really let down by the quality. The outer material is flaking off in chunks. The bag hasn't even been carried around, just kept inside its protective cloth bag. All the tags are still on. I reached out to Moschino to report the issue and got dismissed by a rude, uncaring representative. Disappointed doesn't come close to describing how I feel.
DO NOT ORDER FROM MOSCHINO.COM. Getting your items and your money back is a nightmare, plus they charge you for shipping. Go with Versace or your local department stores instead because at least you know they'll treat you right. Moschino.com clearly doesn't respect their shoppers.
I got a Moschino bag and dress when I was in Italy. The bag was used maybe five times. On Christmas Day I wore both together, and the bag's color just started peeling right off! I was told I was getting leather for what I paid, but it turned out to be plastic. I spent about three hundred dollars on that bag. It's defective and unwearable because the plastic coating is coming apart everywhere. I've tried calling customer service in Australia and got nowhere. I spent around seven hours trying to find someone, anyone, to help me. I called the Italy number two times in January and left messages asking them to contact me, but they never called back. I made sure to call during their work hours too. For a massive international company, their support for customers outside of Europe is basically nonexistent. I've looked everywhere for an Australian contact and came up empty. Still waiting to hear back from them.

Terrible service. The way I've been treated by this company is honestly unacceptable. To start, they gave me wrong info about a discount when I subscribed. Then I didn't get any emails about my order. Then they shipped me the wrong thing entirely. I've contacted support five separate times asking them to send the right item and get proper complaint procedures, but nothing. They just completely blow me off and won't answer me, sometimes even leaving the chat. For a brand with a big name, this is pathetic. The staff is rude and clearly doesn't know the first thing about customer service. I'm a very unhappy customer and won't be going back. Zero stars, no question about it.
Worst experience with a fashion brand ever. Bought some shoes in January, sent them back the same month. It's now April and I still don't have my refund. Keeping using Brexit as an excuse, not reading emails, phones disconnected, and staff that doesn't care. Nothing changes and they won't give my money back. Absolutely shocking.
Would rate this zero if possible! Their site glitched and I accidentally placed my order twice. It wasn't on me, and the chat rep even acknowledged the website gets overloaded sometimes. I noticed the duplicate immediately and messaged them within 10 minutes. Their response? Nope, can't cancel either one. Apparently it's their website's fault but somehow my problem to fix. The chat person kept giving me answers that had nothing to do with what I was asking, and the English was really strange. Based on the username, I'm guessing support is in Italy. It's just terrible. I got charged shipping twice because of their error, and they basically told me I need to receive both orders, send one back myself, then request a refund for the extra shipping. What a hassle! Even though the return itself is free, why can't they just cancel an order that they messed up in the first place? On top of everything, the support person wasn't friendly at all.
The in-store staff were rude, totally different from other designer brands I've visited. They clearly don't get training in how to treat customers. Went to their location in Shanghai and the employees basically ignored me while they helped two other customers they seemed to know, even though I've shopped there before. When I asked someone for help trying on some shoes, I actually got yelled at for walking near a mirror because of the paper they had on the floor. They never said anything about it before. I've never experienced that at any other high-end store. As for their website, the company doesn't respond to emails. When I tried to ask about returning something, I got a generic message in Italian even though I wrote in English. Plus there's zero information about their ethics or where they stand on sustainability. Honestly nothing about it on the site. I'm done shopping with them.
