What Shoppers Say About Mr Vitamins Australia
Mr Vitamins Australia receives overwhelmingly negative feedback from shoppers, with 1.5 out of 5 based on 8 reviews. The dominant complaint centers on pricing, with customers reporting significantly higher costs compared to competitors for identical products. Additional recurring issues include incomplete order fulfillment without customer notification, misleading promotional offers (such as popup discounts that deliver less than advertised), and poor stock management where items listed as available are unavailable at purchase time. Customers also report inconsistent customer service information and product quality concerns including expired or deteriorated merchandise.
The small minority of positive ratings suggest limited satisfaction, though most reviewers do not recommend the store. One customer noted that management did respond to complaints with apologies and refunds, indicating some willingness to address issues after the fact. However, the pattern of complaints suggests systemic problems with pricing transparency, inventory management, promotional practices, and staff training that go unaddressed at the operational level.

Sorted by: Most recentSaw feedback about their high prices and decided to check it out myself. Back in December I grabbed something from another location for $150 per kilogram. Found the exact same item elsewhere for $42 less per unit. Pretty big difference.
UPDATE: Mr Vitamins did reach out with an apology and refunded my shipping costs, which I appreciated. I let them know they really should give customers the option to either cancel or proceed when orders get cut short, since it could help reduce complaints. Hopefully they'll listen to that feedback. My previous purchase was incomplete without any heads up from them. Instead of telling me items weren't available, they just sent a partial shipment, which meant I had to buy the rest elsewhere and got stuck paying extra shipping fees on top of everything. You basically made choices for me without asking, and now I'm paying more because of it. This whole thing wasn't transparent, and I never gave permission for any of this.
Their site has a popup offering 10% off and asking you to enter your info. Once you fill it in, instead of 10% off you get a congratulations message saying you saved $10. Not quite what the initial offer implied.
Really let down by how they handle things. I've been waiting forever for my order and it turns out one of the items wasn't actually in stock. Nobody bothered to tell me though. The whole operation feels disorganized, and their customer service team doesn't even seem to have good info on what they have available. I get different answers depending on who you ask. I placed the same order with another retailer at the same time and got my stuff delivered already, but this company still can't figure out if they can fill my order. Not coming back here again.
This is my third visit to their location and every single time the staff has been incredibly rude to me. I'm honestly shocked they keep people like that on payroll. They're always chatting away with each other, and the second I try to ask something they act annoyed that I'm interrupting them. It's happened more than once. I'm done going there and will shop somewhere else instead.
Got stuck dealing with this outfit and ended up with some truly awful products that were way past their expiration dates and smelled rancid. Would strongly advise staying away from them.
Products with very limited shelf life or already expired. I spent good money on this order, money that doesn't come easy, and what I got was practically expired so I had to throw most of it away. They won't be getting another order from me.
