Every week there's mail marked with urgent language and red letters like "Signature Required," and the envelopes don't even say AAA or insurance on them. That's obviously intentional. The absolute worst part is AAA Insurance. I've complained to them countless times to remove me from their list, but the mail keeps coming. I'm convinced they're selling your data to other companies who spam you too. Skip AAA entirely. Plus, the basic membership doesn't give you much anyway. It's just a bait and switch to get you to upgrade. I've found better towing options that cost less.
Watch out for AAA and their adjuster. I've got two home claims in Michigan handled by the same person. The first one went through but here's what's strange: they paid in installments, which I'd never seen before. Then they said the work took too long and was finished past their timeline.
