This is a scam. I ordered in September 2020 and never received anything. I emailed them a week ago asking about it and still haven't gotten a response. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my girlfriend and I'm really upset about the whole thing.

Skip this business if you care about protecting your information. I ordered some gifts for my wife right before Christmas on 12/9. When nothing arrived by 12/18 I contacted customer service and got a rude message saying my order was still in another country and hadn't even been processed yet. The tracking number they gave showed it wasn't picked until 12/26. I asked for a refund and they told me I had to wait for delivery, ship it back at my own cost, and then maybe they'd consider refunding me. That's ridiculous. The order finally came on 1/15, which is completely unacceptable in 2021. What really bothers me though is that ever since I contacted their customer service, I've been getting swamped with spam emails and spam calls. They either sold or shared my personal information with marketing companies, many of which seem to be from overseas. I could have looked past the slow shipping, but once the spam started I realized this wasn't acceptable. Don't do business with them if you want to keep your privacy.

I was honestly impressed with the quality of what I got. The shipping tracking didn't work at first and I figured I'd been scammed. Then it just showed up anyway about a month and a half later. Placed my order at the end of November and got it in mid January. The paint set has a good variety with roughly 25 colors and the canvas material feels like legitimate art canvas, which I didn't expect for the price.

I was actually really surprised at how good the quality turned out to be. At first the shipping tracking wasn't working and I thought maybe I'd been taken for a ride. But then it showed up anyway about a month and a half after I ordered it. I ordered late November and received it in mid January. The paint set itself has a lot of detail with around 25 different colors and the actual canvas material feels like professional quality, which is impressive for what I paid.

Stay away from ordering through this seller. Between ordering and receiving my son's Christmas gift for me, they swapped out the image for something totally different. It wasn't what I wanted at all. I tried handling the exchange myself but nobody responded to my messages. After sending multiple emails without getting anywhere, I left a negative review about their terrible customer service. Only then did they suddenly provide a return address, even though I'd asked for it three times before. If you want to send something back, they want sixty dollars minimum for tracking to their overseas location, which costs more than the painting itself. The quality of the actual canvas is decent, but I ordered the wrong scene and it cost way too much to fix.

Don't order from this place! It's been four weeks and I still don't have any tracking number. I've emailed them multiple times and they're not being helpful at all.

This is a total scam. I ordered a custom portrait of my fiancée and her grandfather who had recently passed away. I wanted it for Christmas but they told me it shipped without actually providing any real proof. The tracking number they gave me is completely fake and doesn't work anywhere. Do yourself a favor and keep your money away from this business.

The finished painting looked absolutely fantastic. It took a while to complete but the effort was totally worth it. My boyfriend actually got emotional when I gave it to him as a gift. If you're thinking about getting a custom one, just make sure your reference photo has good lighting and give yourself plenty of time to do a quality job.

Update: I previously wrote a review saying this operation was a scam. I had purchased a painting back in April 2020 and kept emailing them saying it was coming. I ended up disputing it with my credit card company because the tracking wasn't legitimate. Surprisingly, it finally arrived today. The canvas is actually really beautiful and high quality. Hopefully everyone else gets their items soon too.
