I reached out to see what could be done, and they said they'd fix it for free but I'd have to wait 5-7 weeks and they couldn't even promise it wouldn't happen again. Things only got worse from there. After going back and forth multiple times, the customer service director actually yelled at me during a phone call and then just hung up on me without any explanation. The worst part? I was on speakerphone in my doctor's waiting room when this happened, so everyone around me got to witness the whole thing. It was embarrassing and unprofessional. The products are overpriced for how cheaply they're made, and if something goes wrong, good luck getting decent customer service. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.
