Got it working with solar charging once, but then the solar input stopped working after a couple months. Reached out to the seller who contacted Nature's Generator about it. They asked for tons of photos and videos showing the unit, panels, connections, and display screen. Eventually Nature's Generator said they'd help troubleshoot so we shipped it back. After waiting weeks, they claimed their techs couldn't find any problem and got it charging fine via solar on their end. When we got it back, same issue, wouldn't charge from solar. I've called Nature's Generator multiple times at the number on their website but keep hitting a voicemail that nobody seems to check. I rarely get a callback even after leaving messages with my info and explaining the problem. Now they're asking me to go through the whole photo and video routine again before they'll even take it back. We're just looking for our money back at this point, covering the unit plus the solar panels and all the cables.
