Received an Already-Opened Bottle and No Support. I ordered three bottles of the Turmeric Curcumin from a third-party seller, but when I opened bottle number three, I found it had been opened before with just a security band wrapped around it afterward. Naturally, I wasn't comfortable using it since there was a chance it had been tampered with. When I reached out to the company about this, they basically told me it wasn't their problem and to contact the seller instead. I'm really disappointed because a good company would stand behind their products regardless of where you bought them. I won't be ordering from them again.

Used to Love This Milk Thistle Complex - Now I'm Disappointed. This product was solid before, but the new formula with added yellow dock has me concerned. Yellow dock can increase blood clotting and lower inflammation, but that extra clotting issue causes me stomach cramps and could be risky if you're taking blood thinners. It doesn't make sense why they'd change something that was working perfectly fine. The original version was great at supporting liver health with zero problems. Why fix what isn't broken?

Terrible Customer Service. My order sat for a week without being processed. I reached out multiple times asking for updates on whether it would ship, but I never got responses. After waiting so long with no communication, I just asked for my money back because I could have ordered from somewhere else and already had my stuff by then. Don't waste your time with this company.
