Pretty sure they operate out of California somewhere. Called them up and got transferred to two different reps, and neither one was easy to understand. The second call I just couldn't follow what they were saying so I hung up. I speak multiple languages fluently and can't figure out why finding someone at a US company who speaks clear English is basically impossible these days.
Skip the NeilMed Ear Spin Safe kit. It didn't work at all and only made my ears hurt. Got nothing out of it. Just stick with regular cotton swabs instead.
