Their website said it would arrive or ship in the first week of March. When mid-March rolled around and I hadn't gotten any shipping notification, I called them up. They told me to expect it within another week. That's when I decided to cancel and demanded my full refund back to my account right away. Their business practices destroyed any trust I had in them. Update: I'm bumping this to two stars because Corey from their team did help confirm my cancellation and refund, so I appreciate that.
Ordered a pillow in January as a birthday gift for my daughter due in February. Got charged $98.90 on the charge date, but the pillow never showed up. More than a month went by and I finally got an email saying they'd refund $88.30. The customer service rep's reply made it clear he didn't even read my message where I said my daughter NEVER GOT THE PILLOW. He wrote back talking about holding back $10 for return shipping costs, which doesn't even make sense since the thing never arrived in the first place. I only found out my daughter didn't receive her gift when the refund notification came through and I checked with her to confirm. This whole situation feels like a setup. The only way to talk to anyone is through their online chat, and those people can't actually solve anything. You have to go through customer service, but good luck getting anyone to call you back. I've left four voicemails at this point with zero response.
