Had a really frustrating experience with this company. I bought what was supposed to be a quality mattress topper but things went downhill fast. A week went by with zero shipping updates, so I reached out to customer service by phone. They just told me there was a "delay" but couldn't explain what caused it or give me any details. The representative said she'd call back once she knew more. The whole situation left me really disappointed.

This company has serious ethical issues and sells an average product at best. They block people who leave critical feedback online. I ordered through a promotion on late September and it showed up about a week later. What you get is basically a standard down alternative pillow with a nice-looking cover. The quality and stuffing feel comparable to those $18-20 down alternative pillows you'd find at discount retailers. Is it worth $20? Sure. Is it worth the full $79 price tag? Absolutely not. They're going up against brands like Coop, which offer premium comfort at a similar price point but with superior materials, extra fill options, and a company that actually respects their customers on social media. My honest advice is to shop elsewhere. You'll find better quality products from competitors who treat you decently. :)
