The whole process just seems poorly thought out and customer-unfriendly.
I'd strongly advise against ordering from this site. My order never arrived and getting help is nearly impossible. Their email support doesn't respond and when you call, you can't get through. I contacted the shipping carrier based on the tracking number and they confirmed the seller never sent the package out. They told me to dispute it with my bank as a fraudulent charge.
