Company Comes After Individual Customers I'm not shocked they have so many negative reviews. I bought something from them and the coat turned out to be heavier than what worked for me. Since I'd already taken the tags off, I couldn't return it through normal channels. I then put it up for sale on a secondhand marketplace, and somehow their legal department contacted me claiming I violated their rights. They acted like I was running some kind of operation when really I was just trying to recoup my loss on one coat that didn't fit my needs. This company is ridiculous and apparently has nothing better to do than monitor online marketplaces looking for their products.
