This company has seriously bad service. I waited half a year for my gloves while constantly emailing them. Every single time they'd tell me the item was backordered with no delivery date in sight. Other suppliers got me my gloves within a few days. After six months of waiting, Northern Safety finally emailed saying the manufacturer still didn't have an ETA, so they just cancelled my order. Definitely steer clear of this place.

Got my order pretty quickly, which was great, but there's a major problem. I needed toilet paper cores in a specific size that matched what was listed on the site. What arrived didn't match the specs at all. The site says 1 1/2 inches but what I received was actually 1 5/8 inches. Hope they fix this mistake before other customers have the same issue.

Ordered nitrile gloves back in late April 2020 and was told they had stock available. Fast forward to mid-July and my order still hadn't shown up. The company keeps blaming COVID-19 for delays, yet somehow they're still promoting these same gloves all over their website. Really disappointed with how this was handled.

Made a mistake when ordering the wrong respirator filters by accident. I caught my error about an hour and a half later and immediately called to cancel. The customer service person told me the package had already shipped and was with UPS. When I checked the tracking number they gave me, UPS had absolutely nothing on it. Five hours after placing the order, UPS still showed no information. To make matters worse, when I asked about returning the filters, they said it wasn't allowed because of the coronavirus. That makes no sense for filters meant for paint spraying equipment. Total nonsense. Skip this company.
