Placed a custom PC order on November 30th and it got to me today, so here's my feedback. Had a really good experience overall. Their customer service was spot on from day one. I called the next day asking to upgrade from a 280mm cooler to a 360mm and they handled it without any issues. My original ship date was December 9th but it went out on the 13th, which isn't bad at all given the holiday timing and the change I requested. FedEx handled the shipping and everything arrived on schedule with zero damage. When I opened it up, the packaging was excellent and once powered on it all worked perfectly. Minimal extra software loaded and the newest Nvidia drivers were already there. Cable management looks really clean too. I bought an NZXT PC years ago and it was solid, so I went with them again for this upgrade. Glad to see they're still maintaining that quality standard.

I was upgrading from an old build and picked out components for a new one. I wanted the H7 Flow case but couldn't find it anywhere in stock, so I grabbed the standard H7 instead and started building. When I called up NZXT support, David was incredibly helpful in getting me set up with that Flow front panel I originally wanted. Had it in my hands five days later. This case is built solid with quality steel, easy to take apart panels, tons of workspace for building, and the cable management section in back is really well thought out. Top tier products backed by outstanding customer service. Couldn't be more happy about this purchase.
