What Shoppers Say About Onestopplus
Onestopplus has a very low rating of 1.5 out of 5 from 23 shoppers, with 83 percent of reviews giving one star. The most consistent complaints involve serious operational failures: missing items from orders, incorrect shipments, lack of tracking information, and items that arrive damaged or poorly packaged. Customers also report difficulty reaching customer service, long hold times, overseas representatives unfamiliar with policies, and aggressive return fees that customers feel should not apply to defective merchandise. Additionally, shoppers note inconsistent sizing within the same style and size category, declining product quality, and problems with refunds not being processed promptly.
A small portion of reviewers (9 percent) gave five stars and noted appreciation for the company's response to complaints, though even positive reviews mention ongoing issues like delayed refunds. Long-term customers express particular frustration, stating they have switched away after years of loyalty due to a noticeable decline in service and product quality. The combination of logistics failures, customer service barriers, and return policies appears to be driving overwhelmingly negative sentiment.

Sorted by: Most recentEvery step of dealing with this company has been a headache. Right from the start, they were pushing me to use their mobile signup method and I wasn't comfortable with that. When I finally called to place my order, the system kept hanging up on me. Got through eventually and placed it, but then the shipped notification came without any actual tracking number. Called back to get help and the rep refused to let me speak to a manager - she kept insisting I explain my whole complaint to her first. That's not how it works and I shouldn't have to repeat everything to someone else. I hung up frustrated because this was getting nowhere.
Thanks so much for helping me out. Now I really need to get my refund of $124.96 that should've been credited since September 29th for the jacket. I paid $99.99 on October 29th, but I really want to keep this jacket - it's actually really nice! Appreciate your help on this.
The individual brands aren't really my problem here - it's OneStopPlus that let me down. Their website told me one item would ship 4 months later than the rest, which seemed odd. When the time came, nothing showed up. When I contacted them, they claimed they'd already sent it with my original shipment, which wasn't true. Customer service was completely unhelpful and wouldn't do anything to fix the situation or make it right. I'm not using OneStopPlus to buy these brands again.
Been buying these brands for over 30 years and I'm finally done. My last few orders have been a disaster - missing items, stuff I never ordered, and packaging that looked like it went through a war. I had to wash and iron everything just to make it wearable, and I ended up donating 7 items from my last three orders. Plus if you want to return something, you're stuck paying for shipping, and a lot of sale items get flagged as non-refundable when you try.
The customer service here is terrible and they're overcharging on shipping. Good luck getting an actual person and if you do, they're overseas and have no idea how to help. Plus the clothes quality has gone downhill fast. I bought an Avenue clearance top in size 4x that the website said would be perfect, but it won't even button up properly. They hit me with $12.50 shipping in a cheap plastic bag. When I called to ask if they could give me free shipping on an exchange to a 5x, they said no. Asked if they'd at least do a 40% off code to help with shipping and got another no. Then they said I could exchange it for free shipping, but I couldn't because it was final sale - something the rep didn't even know about their own policy. I told them they just lost a customer and they didn't care. I spent years in catalog sales and we actually tried to keep customers happy. At One Stop Plus, the customer is always wrong. I'm really upset.
Used to shop here for years but things are getting worse. Recently I ordered 4 shirts, all the same size. Two fit fine but the other two were sized weird - even though they were identical style and size. Spent over an hour on the phone trying to work out an exchange. They wanted to charge me $10.99 to return their defective items, and that's on top of the $17 I already paid to get them shipped to me. Asking for a supervisor was useless - they said none were available. This company is declining fast and I'm done.
Just ordered some slacks and two blouses and was let down by the quality. The pants from Suprema were supposed to be among the better options Catherine's has, but the quality was disappointing for what I paid and what the description promised. One shirt showed up but the other is backordered and has been for weeks now. The shirt that arrived isn't the quality level I'd expect for the price - the material feels cheap and thin. The pants have this weird elastic waistband that looks like it came off men's boxer shorts, and it's not even covered in fabric like normal dress pants should have. Even though they said cotton blend, they feel mostly synthetic and poorly made. I'm debating whether it's even worth the effort to return them or if I should just donate them.
Would give them zero stars if I could. I returned some items and the UPS store messed up the paperwork, but now One Stop says they got the return and have no record of it. I'm stuck paying for $143 worth of stuff that I returned but can't prove, and neither UPS nor One Stop will take responsibility.
Something is seriously wrong with this whole operation. I ordered a French Blue Kate blouse and a Boyfriend jacket. What I got was a dark blue shirt and a cheap, soggy denim jacket that normally sells for $30 less - feels like wet sponge material. I tried reordering the French Blue Kate three more times and never got one. At this point I have 5 dark blue Kate blouses and 4 lilac ones that I never even ordered in the first place. In the last two and a half years they've only gotten 2 orders right, and I wasn't even ordering much. It's clear they don't care what you actually want.
