Received a gift card for the holidays and placed an order. I only got part of it. They kept emailing me that the rest was backordered. After 2.5 months, I found out it had been automatically deleted because it timed out, so I had to place the order again. They never refunded the gift card either. When I asked, they said it should work now but it doesn't. On top of that, they want another $15 for shipping plus tax, even though I already paid for that originally. The gingham I did receive is super thin, and another fabric wasn't even cotton as listed. When I complained to their customer service person, they said they can't help and have to list what the manufacturer claims. That's ridiculous. This seems like a one-person operation designed to scam people.
