They emailed me a return label, I printed it, packed it up and sent it back, tracking it all the way. They got it within a week. But here we are in late April and still nothing. Then I tried ordering a heavier sample that seemed better for what I needed. Never got that either, and no refund. Called back a month later asking about both the refund and the sample. Customer service said the refund was processed but pending authorization, whatever that means, and promised to resend the sample. Still no sample by the time I decided to order the actual fabric for a director's chair cover repair for my parents who are in their 90s. It's something they really trusted me with. Fast forward to right now, past the middle of the month and I'm still waiting, with zero updates.
I ordered silk, lining, and decorator fabric in early April for $227.70 total including tax and shipping. Items came from different warehouses with zero shipping notices. They charged me the full amount on the order date, then hit me again for $159.47 a week later. I had to reach out asking for updates, and then got charged a third time for $45.18 on the first day of May. My total charges ended up being $432.35 for a $227 purchase. When I called asking about the multiple charges, they said they were pending and would drop after shipment. I finally received everything but those extra charges are still there. Today's call to them was unbelievably rude, and they basically told me to call my bank instead. I have to send copies of my credit card statement showing the overcharges twice and spent way too much time on this. Never shopping here again and I won't recommend them to anyone.
Only got half my order and can't get anyone to respond. I called twice, once waiting 45 minutes and another time 20 minutes. Tried emailing and the live chat just redirects you to email anyway. Don't shop at this site. I'm canceling the charge on my credit card in hopes that might finally get their attention.
Terrible customer service and the phone reps had a seriously bad attitude. They took my order and charged my card, then cancelled it the next day with no warning or apology. When I asked for an actual explanation, they blamed their computer system and basically told me to shop somewhere else. So I did. I'll never go back to them.

My order page and the product page both still show it as in stock, but they went ahead and charged my card, made me wait over a month hearing nothing, and I still don't have the fabric. Called to cancel. This was my first time ordering from them and it definitely wasn't a good experience.
The order took way longer than expected. The fabrics arrived crammed into a plastic envelope that was filthy and had a tear that exposed part of the material with no extra protection. We contacted customer service and got a generic response about letting shipping know. One of the fabrics had a manufacturing defect that we didn't notice until we'd already used it for upholstery. When we reached out, they said it's the customer's job to inspect for problems within 30 days before cutting. A reputable company wouldn't push the quality control responsibility onto customers to cover up for selling defective products. Pretty shameless behavior.
