Sorted by: Most recentShop at your own risk! I've had damaged products arrive not once but twice. On top of that, I got sent the wrong size in another order. Every single time, they wanted me to pay the import fees again, and it took almost a full year to get them to finally accept responsibility for covering the costs. Despite claiming they care about customers, their service was basically nowhere to be found. I think they were banking on me just dropping it and moving on.
Their ordering and computer system seems to have some serious issues. I kept getting different emails about my purchase - first saying items were backordered, then that everything was cancelled, and finally that it was delivered with an estimated arrival. My stuff did show up eventually, but the whole experience was really frustrating and super hard to reach anyone on their customer service team for help!
