Frustrating website experience. I wasn't able to create an account because the verification code system kept failing no matter how many times I tried.
Had a bad experience with one of their instructors who made disrespectful remarks when I asked legitimate questions during a live session. It happened more than once, so I reached out to their support team hoping for help, but they brushed me off with a dismissive response. Their courses cost more than competitors anyway, so I'd expect better professionalism. When they replied again, they claimed it was just a generic answer, but it was clearly directed at me personally since nobody else on that call fit the description. That doesn't add up.
It's wrong that companies make it so difficult to delete your account. There should be a straightforward option to do this.
The search feature within books isn't working properly. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate having access to so many quality books. The problem is when I search inside them, I get tons of irrelevant results and the links frequently don't function.
