Spent $128 on pants that didn't fit right so I had to send them back. They only refunded $78. Won't be ordering from Outdoor Voices again. Their customer service is awful.

Really disappointed. The clothes look completely different from the photos online in terms of color and material quality. You get hit with $25 shipping and then $25 again for returns. I only got refunded half of what I spent. They charge you $25 to send something back and require you to go to a UPS store in person with an unsealed package so employees can inspect it? Come on, it's 2024. Won't be back. Not worth it especially for us in Canada. I'm telling everyone I know. Later Outdoor Voices.

Really satisfied with OV. Love their matching activewear sets and especially the RekTrek outdoor collection, which has the best shorts and pants for hiking and outdoor activities. Returns and exchanges have been handled well.

Pretty unethical. They loaded their new products with fake 5 star reviews from their own staff without telling anyone. That's wrong, especially when they use their high ratings in their marketing.

They sent me defective Hokas. When I reached out to their support team, they offered store credit for the return fee. I asked if I could exchange for the right shoe, but they said I'd have to pay the return fee plus shipping, which totaled $50. I requested that amount in store credit since it was their mistake. They never got back to me on that message or my follow-up. Really unprofessional and frustrating.

Ordered a sweater for my husband and the quality was just okay, nothing special but acceptable. Ran pretty oversized though, so we sent back the medium since it fit more like a large. Here's the issue: I returned it December 17, well before the holiday rush gets crazy after Christmas. When January 9 rolled around, still no refund. Had to call them to get it processed. Not doing business with them anymore and telling friends to watch their statements after returns. A company should process refunds automatically without making me chase them down. They blamed the holiday return rush but my return was December 17, before people start mailing back Christmas stuff, so that wasn't a valid excuse.
