They won't even apologize, let alone make things right. My messages go unanswered. What's worse is they seem to delete negative reviews from their own site so people can't read what really happened to other buyers. Their customer service is terrible and the company itself is even worse. Seriously, don't buy from them.
I'm in the same boat as many others here. I never got any order confirmation or delivery information even though I've sent multiple emails asking. This feels like a complete rip-off.
Years ago I got three custom paintings of my pets that turned out stunning and look great framed in my house. Recently I decided to order paintings of my two newer pets. The sizes came out bigger than what I requested which didn't fit my frames, plus the colors were way off. My black cat appeared navy with bright blues all over it, and my multicolored cat showed up as peach, purple, and green shades. That's not what any cat looks like. They sent a replacement with the right size but the colors were still wrong. I told them immediately and they promised to fix it. Yesterday another replacement arrived and the colors are still incorrect. They're offering to remake it again but saying I need to go bigger for better quality. That's not the issue here, it's the colors. No cat is green and purple. Now they're refusing to refund me and insisting I'm wrong about the colors even though I've shown them pictures over and over.
I placed my order on the first of May last year. They said it landed at the airport on May twenty-third. It's mid-July now and I still don't have it. When I try to get help, their customer service is basically nonexistent. All I get in texts is the same message that it's on the way. I've tried calling multiple times with no answer. I left one voicemail and never heard back. I've texted four times asking for the same response. All I want is my purchase or my money back. Do yourself a favor and don't order from this place. They honestly don't care about keeping customers happy.

Skip purchasing their paintings. I placed an order and waited over thirty days for it to show up. They do carry lots of options, but the incredibly long wait time makes it not worth your money.
Absolutely the worst. I've been talking with someone at the top level of the company but my order still hasn't come in. He keeps giving me tracking numbers, but none of them actually work on the tracking system. The support team has been decent enough to talk to, but waiting this long is completely unacceptable and unreasonable.
I absolutely loved the actual product, which is what makes this disappointing. The customer service was a disaster. Even though it supposedly shipped right after I ordered, it took months to arrive. When I tried reaching customer service, I barely got responses and when they did reply it felt dismissive and uncaring. This company clearly doesn't value their customers.
