Followed their website return instructions which means sending an email. Sent one on January 5th and then five more including to their customer service department. Nothing back. I'm filing a complaint with the state consumer protection office. This company used to be really good when Vermont Teddy Bear owned it and I ordered from them many times over the years, but after they sold it to a private equity group, both the product quality and customer service have gone downhill fast.
This company barely has customer service. I signed up on their website and was told I'd get fifteen percent off my first purchase as a subscriber. Never got it. So my husband signed up too thinking he might get the coupon while I already had my cart full. We both never received anything. After two days I started hunting for discount codes online and found one for thirty percent off. Typed it in but then accidentally hit purchase instead of apply. The order went through without the discount applied. I looked everywhere to cancel it but there was no way to do that. Their only option to contact them was email. I sent one right away explaining what happened and asking them to add the coupon. In their instructions they literally tell you NOT to send multiple emails or they'll bump your ticket to the back of the line. That tells you a lot about how many unhappy customers they have. Finally found a customer service phone number but it's just a recording saying no one can help you.

I just want to talk to an actual person. That doesn't seem to be possible here. Ordered four sets of pajamas and a gift bag on November 23rd and paid an extra $20 for faster shipping. By December 14th, they finally admitted they couldn't get it there for the holidays and offered me the chance to cancel for a full refund. I took it. Never got that refund. Then on January 16th I got an email saying my order was shipping, and it arrived two days later. Still unopened. Tried filling out a return form on January 28th, but when I got to the print label part, the screen just went blank. No other option to print the label or resubmit. This company is a joke. They don't respond. They don't care. You can't reach a human being. Every reply is the same generic email about how much they value customer service. It's all talk. Don't order from them.
Really bad experience with this company. Put in an order on November 27th for family Christmas pajamas. After waiting weeks with no shipping notification, I emailed them several times asking about my order but never got a single response. Finally got the package on January 14th, way too late for Christmas morning. Now I've been trying for two weeks to get a return label so I can send it back and can't get through to anybody.
I'm shocked they even asked me to review them. Ordered a Christmas gift back in November and never got any kind of confirmation. Tried ordering again and finally got a confirmation email for the second order. Then they charged me for both and sent both orders weeks after Christmas had already passed. When I went to return one, they told me their system was down and couldn't send me a shipping label. I've looked at what other people are saying about this company and everyone has the same problem. Not going back there again.
Stay away from this company. Ordered on November 22nd. On December 10th I emailed saying it hadn't shipped yet. Got back a generic response about being swamped with holiday orders and delays. Emailed again on January 2nd because it still hadn't shown up and received the same generic message. Replied to that and on January 5th got the exact same generic email, but this time they offered a refund. I told them I don't want a refund, I want my items. On January 9th they emailed saying they canceled one item and the other would ship. I never authorized them to cancel anything so I tried calling but their number doesn't work. Sent an email but haven't heard back and it's now January 15th. This is the absolute worst customer service I've ever seen. Don't waste your time or money here.
The company's new management has ruined what used to be great. There was an issue with my order where they sent the wrong size. No way to call for help. They never replied to my emails. Their return policy is bad. I won't be ordering from them anymore.
I had ordered holiday pajamas from them three or four times before and was always happy, but this will definitely be my last order. Bought four sets of Christmas pajamas on December 3rd. Sent an email on December 22nd asking for a status update. Emailed again on December 23rd saying I wanted to cancel. On January 1st I emailed once more asking about the status or cancellation, and said I'd dispute the charge with my credit card if I didn't hear back. They never replied to any of my emails, so on January 6th I filed a chargeback with my card company. Then on January 10th I got a notice that part of my order was about to ship. Emailed to say don't ship it, I want to cancel. On January 14th part of my order was out for delivery. At this point I don't even want the pajamas, even to save them for next year, but I'm also not thrilled about paying to send them back either. This is really poor service all the way around.
I'm extremely frustrated. Ordered several pairs of pajamas on December 1st and as of January 11th I still don't have them. Reached out to them three times by email and all I got back were three identical form letters saying thanks for contacting us. Their instructions also say if I email them again my message gets pushed to the back. There's literally no other way to get in touch with the company. Absolutely terrible customer service and zero respect for customers.
