Sorted by: Most recentMy orders kept arriving in terrible condition over the past couple months with thawed and warm items inside. I found out they switched their shipping carrier to USPS right in the middle of holiday season, which probably explains everything. I've been stuck trying to change my password for over a week now and submitted the request like 15 times, but I never got a single reset email even though they have no problem sending me shipping notifications to the same address. When I finally tried calling to talk to someone, the phone number on their site doesn't work anymore. At this point I'm convinced they're deliberately making themselves impossible to reach because too many people have complained. I'm going straight to my bank to dispute the charges.
