Sorted by: Most recentHad a really frustrating experience ordering from Palmers' website. I placed an order for four items but only got two of them delivered. Nobody bothered to let me know that the other two were out of stock or on backorder. Not only that, but they never refunded me for what they didn't send. I've tried reaching out by email twice and haven't gotten a single response back. This was my first and last time using their site. Their customer service is seriously lacking and the whole experience was just awful. Still trying to figure out how to get my money back for the missing items.
Just tried out the Palmers Skin Success line and I'm really impressed with the results. I've been using their Dark Spot Correcting Facial Cleanser, Anti Dark Spot Fade Cream, Night Fade Cream, and Exfoliating Facial Scrub together. Since they all have Vitamin E, I figured why not go all in. My facial dark spots have definitely gotten noticeably lighter, which is amazing. At 64 years old, I'm starting to see my skin the way it used to look back when I was younger. I'm genuinely hopeful that soon I won't even need to wear as much makeup when I'm out. Plus, these products cost way less than the stuff I see advertised on commercials. I'm really happy with Palmers and would definitely suggest them to anyone dealing with similar skin concerns. 5+ stars for sure!
