Ordered a hard-to-find limited release cigar roughly 4 months back and it still hasn't shown up. That said, the team was quick to get back to me about the delay and really stepped up. They threw in a complimentary gift as a goodwill gesture and let me know I could get my money back whenever if I wanted to move on from the order.
