What Shoppers Say About The Paris Pass
The Paris Pass receives strong praise from most shoppers, with 23 reviewers rating it 4.8 out of 5. The majority of visitors highlight the excellent value, diverse mix of included activities and dining experiences, and the pass's effectiveness for planning a comprehensive Paris itinerary. Shoppers particularly appreciate the dining perks and cultural attractions bundled together, noting that the pass helped them maximize their time and enjoy authentic French experiences. Most reviewers recommend the pass as a worthwhile investment for first-time visitors.
However, some shoppers have encountered friction points worth noting. The booking process can be confusing for first-time users, and there have been occasional mix-ups between The Paris Pass and the separate Museum Pass product at certain attractions, requiring customer support intervention. One reviewer felt that some attractions, like the Eiffel Tower experience, could be less expensive or more flexible if purchased independently rather than through the pass package.

Sorted by: Most recentThanks so much! We went on adventures and tried food options we wouldn't have discovered otherwise. Seriously saved us cash!
Very happy overall. I had fantastic experiences and got great savings. Most attractions were thoughtfully selected. A few things could be better: It's inconvenient needing both the Paris Pass and Museum Pass credentials, as some venues only accept the Museum Pass. The website needs improvement for browsing all attractions and planning an itinerary. Most reservations require visiting individual attraction websites. I wasn't comfortable that walking tours required credit card information upfront with full charges for no-shows. The website user experience could definitely be streamlined. More skip-the-line options would be valuable, especially for major sites like the Eiffel Tower. I had to travel across the city just to validate my pass even though I wasn't planning to go, but since I'd reserved, I had to show or risk being charged.
Fantastic value and I'd strongly recommend it! My husband and I spent a week there in November and chose the six day option, which proved to be a great call. Since we went during off season, there were fewer crowds and much shorter queues. Being our first time visiting, we packed in an incredible amount of activities. We took full advantage and visited tons of museums, enjoyed a Seine riverboat tour, caught a show at the Opera House, went to Versailles, explored Les Caves du Louvre, rode the Big Bus, saw Sacre Coeur, took the little train around Montmartre, and more. It was wonderful not purchasing tickets separately at every stop and having flexibility to change plans based on weather. The Louvre requires scheduling specific dates and times, but most other locations let you just show up with your pass. To get full value you'll want to plan for full days and lots of walking, plus check hours since museums have different schedules, we visited the Pompidou after dark when other sites closed. Good shoes are essential! The metro pass was fantastic, their transit system is excellent and pretty safe, though watch out for pickpockets. It took a day to learn the train system but once I got it, navigating was seamless.
Definitely paid for itself. Between everything provided, it absolutely justified the expense. Great bargain. As a heads up, the metro pass covers zones one through three.
Really handy option, especially when you've only got a few days in Paris. I managed to fit in tons of sightseeing without feeling rushed.
This is an excellent program offering many different approaches to experiencing Paris.
Easy to use and performs excellently. Cuts down on time and covers a huge range of places. Plus you get neat perks when you show the pass at certain venues.
The Paris Pass is your ticket to experiencing Paris like never before! You get into attractions without delays since tickets are secured beforehand. Pretty much everything you want is included.
