Got shipped the wrong product and when I reached out to customer service, they refused to process a return even though what I received looked nothing like the pictures on their website - different style, shade, and material. Had to file a dispute through PayPal to get my money back. They advertise a 60 day return window but clearly don't honor it.

Steer clear of their recent streaming audio products. I've owned their equipment for years but ordered the newest model and couldn't get it to produce any sound. Sent it back claiming it was fine and told me to download new software. That didn't help. My two older units worked without issues, even the original design, but this new one wouldn't cooperate. Turned out they'd glued something heavy inside and it came loose, damaging the output connections. I provided photos and details, but they refused to publish my feedback. Don't trust this company. They won't stand behind their products like an honest business should.

The customer service here is really bad. Wrong item got shipped to me and their team kept asking for photographs. I sent them multiple sets of photos and they still demanded more. Then they just vanished and stopped replying. A week has gone by and I haven't heard anything. Looks like they're hoping I'll just give up and disappear so they don't have to take responsibility for messing up my order.

Really disappointed with this place and won't shop there again. I've tried asking multiple times about getting a replacement or refund for a broken item I received, but nobody ever gets back to me no matter how many times I contact them.

Can't count on consistent service here. They seem to lose shipments regularly or only send part of what you ordered. Sometimes they show up the next day with what was missing, but just as often you're out of luck. Plus drivers sometimes just toss packages on the ground and sign the paperwork themselves.

My order came short some items. When I let them know, they said they'd take care of it immediately. Then nothing happened until I phoned them again. Three weeks later and I finally have everything. They clearly don't prioritize customer satisfaction. Better options exist out there.

Absolutely fantastic on every front. I spent tons of time browsing their huge selection dreaming up different projects, and there's seriously something for everyone. Both items I ordered arrived in pristine condition and the quality was evident. Can't ask for better. Shipping internationally to areas near the US works great. The choices they have are incredible. Couldn't be happier.

Having major issues with credit card payments. I've been shopping here for years but now I can't use my card to check out. They forced me to switch to PayPal which charges me extra fees and eats into my budget. This used to be an affordable place to shop but it's getting way too costly.

Still waiting on my order after two months. Last time customer service reached out to me was a month back. Their team has been rude and unhelpful throughout this whole thing. The website looks great but their actual customer support is a nightmare. Suggest buying from somewhere else like Amazon where you can actually get your items. Avoid ordering straight from them.

Fantastic company with a selection of hard to find parts at prices you won't see elsewhere online. They went the extra mile during the pandemic to ship components internationally so I could restore my wife's grandparents' stereo system. The restoration turned out amazing and sounds wonderful. Really impressed with their willingness to help. Much appreciated.
