The questions matched the real exam word for word, but over ten of the answers were completely wrong according to the instructor. I showed my instructor the materials and confirmed the errors with them. I even provided the correct answers back to the company but they ignored me. I asked for a refund since they sold me a defective product but they refused. Don't use this company. They lack integrity.

Something's not right here. They advertise a certain number of questions but don't actually give you all of them. You have to email and ask for the rest, which is a pain. Once they send the additional questions, at least those are real, but it wastes a lot of your time. I really hope they sort this out.

The text is so tiny on Windows 10 that you can't even read the questions properly. When I called to get help, they claimed they could troubleshoot the issue, but when I asked to speak with management about a refund they said they don't offer phone support. Their questions don't function correctly on Windows 10 and they absolutely will not give you your money back. I sent them screenshots to try to help solve the problem, but later when I asked for a refund they wanted me to send them again? It's like they're just stringing you along. Terrible customer service and the product doesn't work. Don't waste your cash.
