What Shoppers Say About Pear Tree
Pear Tree shoppers consistently praise the quality of finished products, personalization options, and customer service, with many highlighting fast delivery and attractive designs for graduation invitations, holiday cards, and custom prints. The company's selection and ability to customize details like fonts, colors, and design elements receive strong approval from satisfied customers.
However, recurring fulfillment issues frustrate some long-time customers. Problems include shipping delays that exceed stated timelines, missing items in orders (such as ribbons and envelopes), and incomplete quantities. One veteran customer reports these order accuracy problems have persisted over multiple years, despite satisfaction with the actual product quality.

Sorted by: Most recentBefore ordering, I was nervous because Pear Tree wasn't on my radar, I'd mainly stuck with companies like Shutterfly and Mint. But their holiday card designs were too cute to pass up, so I took the plunge. Honestly, I couldn't be more impressed. My order went in late Sunday night and the cards showed up at my door by Thursday without paying for rush delivery. I got an order confirmation right away, then a shipping notification with tracking the very next day. When the package arrived, there was this sweet note from the team members plus some background on how the company started as a family business. The card and photo quality is exceptional and way cheaper than the big national brands. I'm thrilled with how everything turned out and the whole experience. Pear Tree is going to be my go-to for all future card orders.
This was my first and last purchase from this company. I don't normally leave reviews, but I want to warn people about what I went through. I placed an order on December 4th. It's December 18th now and I still don't have them. According to tracking, they're not showing up until the 20th at the earliest, which means people won't get them until well after the holidays. I tried calling customer service two different times. The first rep said the cards were still being manufactured and there wasn't anything they could do. The second call, they told me they just weren't ready for the massive spike in orders from cyber Monday deals. That's not my problem. Neither call resulted in any kind of apology or offer to make it right. Don't bother with this company if you're on a deadline.
