My payment went through but the item was never sent out. That happened over 3 weeks ago now. I've been trying repeatedly to reach customer service with zero luck. I'm done with this company forever. Save yourself the trouble and your money. Stay away from these crooks.
Don't expect timely delivery from this company. I placed my order for a personalized blanket on January 30th for my grandson's birthday. After 10 days with no updates I sent them an email asking what was going on. They got back to me the following day saying they'd investigate. A couple days later they told me it shipped on February 12th and would arrive February 18th, which is two full weeks past my grandson's birthday. I'm keeping my fingers crossed the actual product is decent quality, but honestly I'm not expecting much at this point. This will be my last purchase from them.
Really impressed with how they handled my situation. I bought something and it arrived with the wrong monogram. I shot them an email and they responded super quickly with an apology. They asked right away if I wanted them to send a replacement or refund me instead. They immediately got my new order processed and shipped out. They were great to work with, took full responsibility, and fixed everything without any hassle. I'm definitely buying from them again.
